photo_treasure_hunt! The goal here is to post one (or more) pictures for each of the 28 themes in a given month. You'll get plenty of 'warning' as to what the prompts are so you can get your best pictures. All the details are in the profile, so I won't clog up your f'list with them here. :)
The first calendar is up so you can start taking and editing your pictures now. Check out the rules/regs/FAQs at the profile.

fannish_library_fest is a place to celebrate and explore fans and characters as keepers, organizers, and preservers of knowledge.We welcome meta, fanfic, podfic, rec lists, icons, questions about best practices, personal reflections, artwork, poetry, and any other fanwork you feel inspired to create! If you wanted to bake a cake in the shape of the Monster Book of Monsters, we would ooooh and ahhhh over it; if you wanted to record the Athosian oral history of the Wraith Wars, we would clap our hands in glee. Basically, if your post speaks to the themes of fandom and knowledge/libraries/information in some fashion, we'd love to have it!
The Fest is open for posting April 15 - 30, and we just opened a Prompt Post if there's something you'd like to see or if you're looking for inspiration.

For the purposes of this community:
Trans: anyone whose gender identity does not match the gender they were assigned at birth is welcome to join.
Pagan: Anyone who follows a non-Abrahamic faith is welcome to join. However, anyone who follows a syncretic/dual trad faith such as Judeo-Paganism, Christo-Paganism, etc. is also welcome to join.
