New Food Community

I was sitting here, eating my thai noodles from a package that I had modified with cabbage and mushrooms to be healthier and more delicious, and contemplating making Kalhua Cake that requires a box of cake mix, and I realized that I wanted a community that has recipes that are made easier by using a base of prepared mixes or foods but are still delicious and healthy.  notfromscratch  is that place!
