Here's a list of most of the communities that I own and/or moderate - with brief descriptions. The subject matter is random. But I like it that way! Come and join whichever communities interest you. :)

My largest so far seems to be my icon community. I'd love to see the member numbers grow in my others! Thank you so much!

I had joined a few of those, and haven't seen any recent posts, although I chose the options that I believe would keep me on the list (maybe 'subscribe'). Do you think this is enough, or is it also mandatory to click on the other option like track or follow as well? I join lots of stuff, and seem to seldom see much go on there, and yet also join other groups, with the same options chosen, and DO see some entries there. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Some of them are brand new and haven't the member base yet. Others I'm working on keeping a post or 2 in there at least once a week. I see that you've joined Anam Cara. That's one of the comms I try to keep updated once a week.

Subscribing allows you to view the entries on your reading page. I usually click "join community" and keep the "yes I want to subscribe" box checked. On the next page click "add comm name" button on the bottom. Then if a post is made in the community you should see it on your reading page if a new post is made.

Some of them are currently slow at the moment - which is the reason I'm promoting them. :)
