Happy Bertidays is an anonymous exchange of Adam Lambert fandom creative works for the end-of-the-year holiday season. These works may focus on any member of "Bertdom" - Adam Lambert and his periphery (significant others, family, friends, band members, dancers, etc.) - and may be any rating, genre, or pairing, as long as they focus on someone in the fandom. Participants will be matched based on specified preferences, and will have from October 28 to December 30 to write a fic (minimum 500 words), make a piece of artwork, or create a set of icons for their secret recipient.
Sign-ups open September 20th and close October 26th. Assignments will be sent out October 28th. Pinch-hitter sign-ups will open November 10th. Creations are due by December 30th. Works will be revealed January 1st. Creators will be revealed January 8th.

musing_way: A laid back, easy comm to let your muses roam free. We do have claims, but the activity check is one prompt reply a month, with one warning before actual removal. Original characters, fanfiction muses, and OCs in fandom verses are all welcome. So is breaking the fourth wall. RP is welcome and encouraged, both as posts of their own, and in the threads. "Dressing Room style"
muse_prompts: A community with no claims, no checks, just three sets of three prompts four times a month. If you link us to your work, it makes the mod happy. If not, the mod never knows. Original or fannish welcome.
parlour_treats: Twice a month the mod will offer prompts here for exploring your muses. Prompts 'borrowed' from elsewhere are also welcome to be explored. Acts as a no-claims, quiet place to work on character voices. Original and fannish muses welcome.
parthenon: Intended to be a claims table comm, themed by the Classical Greek muses. Each table has ten prompts, but the requirements vary. Open to fiction or art, though the tables may need a little tweaking for the artist in you. No pressure to complete your table. Original or fannish.

A new roleplay dressing room community

For those unfamiliar, a dressingroom is a roleplay community that's open for anyone to play in--no need to apply for a character or even worry if someone else is already playing them (Where else can your character run into themself on the street, hm?) This one requires that players be at least 18 years old, but it's set up for both adult scenarios and general interaction.( More info under the cut! )
